Ian Piper studied under James Fletcher-Watson at Windrush and on his courses at Dedham Hall where the emphasis was on ‘plein air’ painting. Ian has exhibited at the RA and the RWA and at galleries in England and Scotland. His home and studio is in Norfolk where he particularly enjoys the light and landscapes of the north Norfolk coastline.
