Josephine Neil PWS

Josephine grew up in Windrush, where she has returned to live with her own family. She studied art as part of a combined degree in Visual Studies and Publishing at Oxford Brookes University. However, she learned her watercolour skills from her father, James Fletcher-Watson.
Josephine worked as a book editor but she now organises Watercolour Courses and occasional exhibitions in the Windrush Gallery. Her own work has been exhibited in Stockholm and the Cotswolds.
